On our latest Drop-In Session, Ms.Elle had the pleasure to speak with the legendary alternative-soul artist, Liv Warfield.
Ms.Elle spoke with Liv about her journey starting a music career in Portland as college student, touring with Prince, and excitement around performing again after the pandemic. She is no stranger to Portland and can’t wait to return for her concert at the Lot at Zidell Yards on July 14th.
After patiently waiting to perform again after the pandemic, Liv has announced she’ll be joining Nancy Wilson of Heart on tour in 2021. Liv’s soulful-alternative rock style allows her to reach a variety of genres and audiences that appeal to all.
In this interview, we feature two Liv Warfield tracks, “Don’t Say Much” and “Mantra”. Liv provides background behind each song and how they came to be. To watch the Mantra music video, click HERE
