The National Weather Service is warning about continuing freezing rain for the Portland-Vancouver area, from 4:00 a.m. Monday until at least noon.
During the morning commute, the worst threat is on the East side of the metro area – including the Glenn Jackson Bridge (I-205). Says the NWS, “Freezing rain may further coat road surfaces and continue the hazardous road conditions that have been experienced over the last few days.”
And don’t forget, the trickiest part may be walking across the street.
