You think YOU’RE cold. Some people outside during the cold snap are vulnerable to frostbite or worse.  To help, Union Gospel Mission at 3rd and Burnside is opening its emergency shelter for the rest of the week from 9:30 each night until 6 a.m. until Sunday morning. As Kelly House reports for The Oregonian, anyone is welcome – youth, families, and single adults. Temperatures this week are dipping below freezing overnight for the rest of the week – even down into the low 20s Friday and Saturday nights.
