Drop-In Session with She’s Speaking
She’s Speaking – LIVE celebrates women’s voices with eight songwriters November 7 at Alberta Rose Theatre.
We’re proud to say, Portland Radio Project got the chance to speak with the founders of this project – Kristen Grainger, Beth Wood and Bre Gregg – to learn more about their dedication to creating spaces where women’s voices and artistry can be experienced by all people.
Along side five other amazing performers the likes of Edna Vazquez, LaRhonda Steele, Liz Chibucos, Naomi La Violette and Arietta Ward (who jumped in on the interview fun too!), it’s sure to be a night filled with incredible songs by women about the women who inspire them.
Get a sneak peak at what’s in store and check out the inaugural She’s Speaking event along with some other awesome videos here.
And of course you’ll want to listen to the full interview below with Arietta, Beth, Bre and Kristen before you grab your tickets to see all these fabulous ladies live at Alberta Rose Theatre.
