One of the restaurants that put Portland on the foodie map is closing. Wildwood, which was founded 20 years ago by James Beard award winner Cory Schrieber, will serve its last meal Tuesday February 25th. The Oregonian reports ongoing lease negotiations with the restaurant’s landlord fell through. Executive chef Dustin Clark and general manager Cana Flug are making plans for a new venture.
