A Salem-area real estate broker is entering the governor’s race as an outsider. “I’m a working stiff like everybody else,” says Bruce Cuff – but he has ideas for how Oregon could save money and improve schools. State Representative Dennis Richardson of Central Point, and a Sherman County rancher, John Justesen, have also thrown their hats in the ring to take on incumbent Governor John Kitzhaber – who’ll try for an unprecedented fourth term.
