Portland Police are investigating a police officer caught on video using a racial slur. Portlander Yasmin Talic says he couldn’t get the Bureau’s attention until he took his iPhone recording to Channel Eight and the Portland Mercury.
On the video, Officer Michael Hall allegedly uses the n-word in a confrontation with Talic and two friends in early October. Police Chief Mike Reese has pledged to investigate the incident, but as of yesterday Talic says no one has been in touch with him.
