Join us this Sunday, March 12th at 4pm for the premiere of Greater Greater Portland, a production of Portland Radio Project, diving deep into the issues involving the Portland Metro Region. Listen live at 99.1 FM in the heart of Portland – or online anywhere at PRP.fm.
Check out the newest addition to the PRP-Podcast Co-op, Greater Greater Portland!
In our inaugural episode, hosts Xavier D. Stickler, Bradley Bondy, and Jenna Deml introduce themselves, and set the stage for primary themes of discussion throughout the course of this series.
They address the general consensus which is that Portland is deeply unhappy and institutions are not properly equipped to correct it just yet. However, the path towards improvement lies in realizing change is possible, but it is crucial to understand what the local community can and cannot accomplish. Despite all of the negative press and opinions surrounding Portland, the team close out with why they continue to keep positive about the city in which they were born and raised, and also explain the meaning behind the name, “Greater Greater Portland.”
Researched, written and hosted by Xavier D. Stickler and Bradley Bondy
