Local blues artist Tevis Hodge Jr. joined us on Sounds of PDX to talk about his musical roots, the traditions that continue to shape his work, and his role as one of the hosts of Blues Avenue, Portland Radio Project’s new Sunday night blues show. A recent Muddy Award winner for Traditional Blues Act and Acoustic Guitar, Tevis also shared a little about what’s ahead for him — and treated us to two live in-studio performances.
