Washington State Patrol specialists will examine a pickup truck that may be the one in a Sunday hit-and-run in Vancouver. 45-year-old Raisa Mosh and 28-year-old Irina Gardiant died while crossing Northeast 72nd. KGW reports Vancouver Police seized a white pickup truck with front end damage, parked in an apartment garage near the crime scene. Police say its owner is not cooperating with them.
