As energy prices continue to rise in the U.S., there are thousands of low-income households here in the Pacific Northwest without access to affordable, clean energy or safe and healthy homes. This includes people of color, seniors and disabled individuals living in Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties.

CEP works to transform homes, share skills and community wisdom, and advocate for energy justice. They partner with low-income communities on the frontlines of climate change to create more resilient, efficient, and healthy homes.
