Ballots start going out Friday, Oct. 18, for the Nov. 5 special election. Several Multnomah County school districts will ask voters to finance improvements – including Gresham-Barlow, Corbett, Lake Oswego and Hillsboro. Residents of those communities, as well as the Riverdale Fire District, will receive ballots in the mail in the next few days. Ballots must be returned by 8 p.m. on Nov. 5.
