If you use the Steel Bridge for your morning commute, pick a different route Monday. The bridge will be closed to all traffic, including mass transit, bikes and pedestrians, until 8:30 in the morning or so. The Oregon Department of Transportation closed the bridge Sunday night at 11, the second in a set of over-the-weekend maintenance sessions.
