Drop-In Session with Jenny Don’t and the Spurs

Jenny and Kelly of Jenny Don’t and the Spurs appeared on the NW Honky Tonk March 14, 2023 during a brief bit of down time prior to their appearance at the Treefort Music Fest in Boise, ID and the start of their European tour in early April. Jamie Drakos interviewed Jenny and Kelly about the latest Jenny Don’t and the Spurs music, their stories of the road, Jenny’s dresses and designs, and tales of their history in the Portland music scene. Both Jenny and Kelly started their careers in the Portland Punk/Garage band scene and have played with some of the city’s most iconic rockers. They will be reliving some of that history, live, for all of us to experience as part of the Fred and Toody Cole Retrospective put on by Mississippi Records on April 8, 2023 at Polaris Hall.
