Police believe a woman who rammed a truckload of Christmas trees in Estacada was using her cellphone at the time of the crash. The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said 22-year-old Danielle Battles was driving at a high rate of speed, and apparently using her cell phone at 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning, when she hit the trailer rig. KATU reports she is in critical condition.
