One featured cidery, Swift Cider, was named for the Vaux’s swifts that inhabit the chimney at Chapman Elementary school in Portland. Tasty Tuesday guest, Aidan Currie, and his business partner, Jeremy Kwit, started Swift Cider in 2011.
