Over the next three days, Portland will be flooded with 11,000 beer industry professionals for the 32nd annual Craft Brewers Conference & BrewExpo America. Put on by the Brewers Association, this April 14-17 event brings together the largest number of small and independent craft brewers in America. CBC will present on the inner workings of the craft beer industry and will allow the brewing community to share and gain ideas about how to improve upon their small businesses. With over 6o breweries within the city, Portland provides the perfect setting for this industry event.
Steven Shomler and Ken Wilson sat down with Adam Dulye, Executive Chef of the Brewers Association, and Kyle Mendenhall, Executive Chef of The Kitchen, on Tuesday morning to talk more about their roles pairing beer with the perfect bites at the conference.
