The lineup for the 2014 edition of Summer Concerts at the Zoo has just been released and tickets will go on sale April 25. It wouldn’t be summer in Oregon without an evening of great music at the zoo! Here’s what’s in store this year:

Some good ones….and 1 stinker. At least it’s a stinker on my meter. Pink Martini gave a free concert for Occupy Portland & brought in all kinds of extra funds for them at the height of their most destructive period. The destruction of city parks, molotov cocktails, rocks & bricks through bank windows, blockage of traffic wherever they went, stoppages of imports & exports at the ports, the welcoming of druggies, drunks, pick pockets, shop lifters….the list goes on. Sorry, but I wouldn’t cross the street to see those people no matter how much they paid me.
