Your online station is about to go terrestrial! As reported in Willamette Week, Portland Radio Project has been granted a low-power FM signal, to be shared with Wild Planet Radio, beginning this summer.
We will share the signal with Wild Planet at FM 99.1; Portland Radio Project will be heard from 3 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Wild Planet will broadcast its programming from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m.
Our shared 100-watt signal will be accessible on FM radio throughout the Portland Metropolitan area.
Of course, Portland Radio Project will continue to stream 24/7 at PRP.fm. However you listen, you’ll be guaranteed the same great music, local news and public service that makes PRP.fm distinctly Portland!
Visit PRP.fm for updates on the start date of our broadcast signal.
