We are excited to be a part of Willamette Week’s Give Guide this year! The annual fundraising campaign November 1st through December 31st is a guide to Portlanders’ year-end giving.

This grass-roots effort features over 200 Portland-area nonprofits from 11 different categories: Civil and Human Rights, Education, Environment, Creative Expression, and more.

Give Guide “has raised more than $40 million since its inception in 2004. Alongside raising money for nonprofits, a key goal of the campaign is to encourage Portlanders 35 and under to give back to the community and build a culture of active citizenship.” (giveguide)

Last year, the campaign collected over $6.5 million for 173 Portland nonprofit organizations and the Oregon Cultural Trust.

OUR CAMPAIGN GOAL

We invite you to join PRP on November 1st in raising $12,000 (to cover expenses in early 2022). Every donation of $15 or more gets you entered to win cool prizes – concert, theater, and wine tasting tickets, along with serious guitar-store discounts for a $50 gift. For a donation of $100 or more you are entered to win an E-Bike. Incentives are courtesy of our incredible Business Partners (listed below)! All the while, you’re helping us to elevate local artists and organizations through streaming, broadcasting and podcasting, engaging new generations of arts lovers and community supporters. And, if you hadn’t noticed, we are leaders in the media equity movement. Take a look at the equity work we are doing now.

By donating to PRP you help create opportunities for emerging local musicians, especially underserved artists, to debut their releases and gain performing experience, knowing they are supported by an award-winning arts nonprofit. Through our podcast co-op we are an outlet for diverse perspectives and expressions, highlighting compelling social issues. By supporting our work to uplift local artists, you contribute to PRP’s mission and to the enhancement of Portland-area culture.
