Portland musician and songwriter Kendall Core treated listeners to live performances of three new songs from her upcoming EP “Crazy Dog” on PRP’s The Bus Stop this past Wednesday afternoon. She talked candidly with host Heather Hanson about her musical growth, gaining confidence as a musician, recording her own songs with other people for the first time at The Hallowed Halls, emerging from depression with an exciting new batch of music, and her show at The Doug Fir Lounge on April 13th with Brad Parsons and Jay Cobb Anderson from Fruition.

Listen to the soundcloud link to hear the interview and live in studio performances of her new songs “Sweet Champagne”, “Crazy Dog”, and “Nowhere”. Photos from the Drop-In Session at PRP and photos of Kendall Core and her band recording at The Hallowed Halls posted below.

Special thanks to Isaiah Macdonald for The Bus Stop intro song.
