Teaming up to highlight the best artists from Portland’s bountiful music scene, two local cultural enterprises are joining forces: Portland Center Stage (PCS) and Portland Radio Project (PRP) have announced the premiere of a new concert series, “Local Spins,” to begin September 15, 2015. The concerts will be held every Tuesday evening through mid-November in the elegant lobby bar of the historic Armory in the Pearl District.
