Long time PRP pal and stellar storyteller Stephanie Strange, conductress and lead singer of Strange & the Familiars, dropped by Sounds of PDX with guitar in hand and songs to share.

With new music on the horizon and shows galore, we were so grateful that Stephanie was able to spend some time with us in the PRP studio.

“Pretty Red Dress” – this jazz tune is available on a streaming platform near you – is a new sound for the Strange World.  And with several other singles en route, each with their own sonic flavor, there’s a song for everyone.

If you didn’t catch Strange & the Familiars at White Eagle on Saturday February 1st, the band’s got some local’ish shows happening after Stephanie returns from a solo West Coast tour with fellow songstress Karyn Ann.

Here’s our suggestion, follow Strange & the Familiars on IG and/or FB for all the latest happenings along with the occasional quippy anecdote that tends to put life in the proper perspective.
