More trouble for Cover Oregon, the state’s health insurance exchange. Yesterday was the deadline for insurance agents and community groups to be able to use the Cover Oregon website, but no such luck. The system still isn’t working–paper and pens are still the only way to apply. Paper applications mailed in after December 4th won’t be processed in time to qualify for health insurance coverage in January, and at this rate the website might not be ready for the general public on December 16th as planned.
