Harper’s Playground inspires and empowers global communities to build radically inclusive playgrounds. Through storytelling, consulting, and unique design principles, Harper’s Playground creates playful nature-scapes where people of all ages and abilities find belonging and social connection through play.
A more inclusive world, one playground at a time. Naturally.
G Cody QJ Goldberg, Co-Founder and CPO (Chief Play Officer) of Harper’s Playground, joined us for our latest Community Voices episode. Pictured with Cody (left) is HP Co-Founder and idea wizard April and their daughters Lennon and Harper, the very reason for this celebration of inclusivity.
The goal of Harper’s Playground is to create playgrounds where people of all abilities connect through play and thrive. Most playgrounds aren’t designed for everybody— especially kids and families experiencing disability, and that’s a problem. The Harper’s Playground model is simple: Radically Inclusive through several levels of inviting – Physically inviting, socially inviting and emotionally inviting.
