The phoenix of Portland food carts? Ask Han, of kim Jong Grillin’ (yes, with a lower-case “k.”) His food cart destroyed by fire, Han Ly Hwang and kim Jong Grillin’ rose from the ashes to once again produce their legendary, award-winning Korean cuisine.
Bo Kwan of Koi Fusion gave Han a second life by providing him a food truck to replace the one consumed by fire. kim Jong Grillin’ is located at S.E. 46th and Division.
