Portland Radio Project presents the official album release of WORTH’S full length album, “TWO.”
“TWO” is WORTH’s second concept piece in a trilogy titled “The Identity Tryptic” which he will complete in late 2014. Like the first album, “Two” takes the listener on a journey through as wide a range of emotions as it does genres. Twenty-four tracks in all (twelve songs and twelve interludes), the album was recorded mostly live to a 2” tape in just two and a half weeks.
Psychedelic interludes blend vocal samples over abstract improvisations and act as segues tying together a narrative in song. The compositions are simultaneously classic and modern; the sound is rich, warm, and alive.

Marv Ellis + We Tribe
Marv Ellis took his music to the next level.
He returned home to his roots and began to collaborate with WE + Tribe; bringing forth a new and unique expression of authentic NW hip hop. Formed deep in the Loraine Valley outside of Eugene, Marv Ellis + WE Tribe created this fresh blend of noise with Stand-up Bass, Saxophone, Turntables, ASR-10 Drums and the honest and inspiring messages of Marv Ellis himself.
Wil Kinky Trio
Born and raised on a blueberry farm in Oregon, Wil Koehnke (aka Wil Kinky) began playing music in his early teens. Now he is in his early twenties and a regular feature on his local Portland scene, playing both solo and with various groups, including Urban Sub Allstars and the Kinky Brothers. For all of his musical talent, it is his rich, vibrant voice that makes an immediate impact and perfectly suits his rootsy, soulful songs. He is compared favorably to established artists like John Mayer and Ray Lamontagne.
