Northwest Children’s Theater and School aims to educate, entertain and enrich the lives of their young audiences. Home to one of the largest theater schools on the west coast, NWCT produces five main stage performances every year.
NWCT was founded in 1993 to provide more art and educational learning opportunities to kids and youth in the Portland metro area. Since then, the organization has provided these important experiences to over one million children and their families.
As NWCT continues to grow and evolve, the organization depends upon the support of the community. To get involved, visit their website. Tickets for their 2017-2018 season can be found here.
This week we are sitting down with NWCT to learn more about their efforts as a part of our award winning Community Voices series. These segments will be posted below throughout the week.
