Quick. What was the favorite Super Bowl commercial for 2013? If you guessed Budweiser’s “Brotherhood” commercial you’re correct.

You remember the plot: Guy raises horse from ponyhood, horse goes on to be a Clydesdale, horse spots former owner years later at a parade.

Okay, I have to admit I had to watch it again to jog my memory but once again Budweiser is going with the Clydesdale theme only this time instead of a horse being separated from it’s owner… it’s a cute little puppy.

The ad has already gone viral, we’re talking in the millions.  And if you’re one of those that want to see it before Sunday’s game don’t be surprised if you start humming the song they chose for “Puppy Love.” It’s PRP artist Passenger and “Let Her Go.”

Commercials are often considered interruptions to the entertainment we watch, but Super Bowl ads are different. Instead of being intruders, they are must see events. The cost to air a 30 second spot? $4 million dollars. Double that amount to air 60 second commercials.

So just like last year’s game, come Monday morning every type of rating poll and survey will be out ranking the best and the worst 2014 Super Bowl commercials. What will your favorite be?
