Portland wailer and single cat-mom, Stephanie Scelza is an east coast transplant who in her words, “has no sense of decency or propriety”. (She studied opera throughout her youth, leads a soul band in PDX, was Raw Artist of the Year in 2011, writes for Eleven Magazine, and other impressive details for those who care about that kind of thing). Her socks never, ever match and her favorite food is pickles. Stephanie stopped into the PRP studio on Sunday, August 21st to spend some time talking with Rob Rainwater about songwriting, background and upcoming projects.
