I graduated from the University of Portland in 2015 with a B.A. in French. Los Angeles is my hometown, but I have lived many places, including two cities in France (Pontoise and Nice), and a tiny island in the San Juan Islands where I worked as a counselor at a French language camp. Obviously, j’adore la langue française, but my interests span many fields.
An aspiring journalist, I started reporting through my college newspaper, and then gained professional experience at several other outlets, including Portland Monthly Magazine. I decided that radio was the next step in broadening my journalism CV, and I’m very happy that my search led me to PRP.
My music interests span all genres, but I especially love pop, indie, folk, and alternative rock. I also write blog posts for the Community Voices podcast, and help out PRP wherever needed. In the future, I look forward to further developing my radio skills and attaining a producer role. I’m excited to share my music with devoted PRP listeners.
