Guest pick, featuring Dan Cable:

Laryssa Birdseye

Laryssa Birdseye and Santiam play Ecliptic Brewing May 2nd. Dan says, “Laryssa is one of the best singer/songwriters in this town and one day we are all going to have to pay a lot of money to see her! So take advantage of her playing a free set! With the good vibes and people of Santiam.”

Santiam stands in the space carved out by The Head and the Heart and Edward Sharpe, showcasing danceable pop melodies with folk-inspired lyricism and indie-synth-rock rhythm.

Laryssa Birdseye and Santiam both recently appeared on Sounds of PDX on PRP, (podcast episodes to be released soon!) Here is Laryssa’s episode of Dan Cable Presents podcast. Here is Santiam’s PRP Drop-In Session from the PRP Day Theater Studios.
