After working with Portland creatives for a few years, one thing is clear to Will Fries. “If you want to be a good band, you have to be a graphic designer, a marketer, a financier…They have to put their mind to so much these days.”

Fries, managing partner of The Business Dept., aims to lighten the load of creative types, “so they can focus on what they want to focus on, rather than other details they’re not as interested in.”

Will has joined the Portland Radio Project team, streamlining website content and maximizing SEO (search engine optimization).
