Using your fingers to eat steak may not seem the proper choice. At the Steak Frites PDX food cart it is not only the proper choice, it is the best choice. Located at Pod 28, SE 28th and Ankeny, eating finger-licking good steak and Belgian-style frites with your hands is the order of the day.
Sean McKee opened Steak Frites PDX in a pod that includes some of the best food carts in Portland. Since then Sean has enjoyed growing success as street food vendor.
Sean is a graduate of the Western Culinary School. After several years working in commercial kitchens, Sean decided in March of 2014 to strike out on his own and try something different. We’re so glad he did because that’s how Steak Frites PDX was born.
