The Moaning Lorries

The Moaning Lorries blend blues, folk, and Americana with modern sensibilities into a lingering stew of guitar-based rock. They craft their music through an “all hands on deck” approach, where the whole band is greater than the sum of individual contributions—all in service of the song. Ryan Adams, Wilco, Drive-by Truckers and Faces are just a few artists this band draws from. Some people like music somewhere between delightfully esoteric and mind-numbing ubiquitous. Some people dig Tom Waits. Some people believe you can drink beer and enjoy Frasier at the same time. Some people like The Moaning Lorries.
